Shayna Walker

Shayna Walker, MS, is currently the Global Head of ED&I at Tripadvisor since March 2021. In their previous role at Horizon, they served as the VP of Diversity & Belonging and was responsible for leading the agency-wide DEI strategy, building a DEI training curriculum, and strengthening diversity recruiting partnerships. Shayna also founded Horizon's first BRG and introduced career roadmaps to the agency. Before Horizon, Shayna held various positions at Google, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Goldman Sachs, and Advantage Human Resourcing Onsite @ Goldman, Sachs & Co., where they gained experience in recruiting, diversity initiatives, and talent development.

Shayna Walker, MS, has a comprehensive education history with a primary focus on human resource management. Shayna completed their Master's of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management at New York University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Shayna pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish and Linguistics at Binghamton University, which they finished from 2003 to 2006.
