Previously, Umair held the position of Country Head of Department for Human Resources & Administration at Milvik Bima from January 2021 to April 2024, and worked in various roles at Fauji Foods Limited, Engro Eximp Agriproducts, and IBEX Global, showcasing a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. with an M.Phil. in Business Management from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, along with a BBA in Marketing from the same institution, and a High School diploma in Pre-Engineering.
