Michael Baez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Branch Manager at Dial America, where they were responsible for training and motivating sales representatives. Michael then worked at Retro Tech Systems as an Associate Engineer/Electrical Technician, designing lighting layouts for energy-saving upgrades. In 2007, they became an Internet Sales Manager at Universal Nissan/Hyundai, meeting sales targets and managing marketing solutions. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a National Account Manager at Quill, driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships. Michael then joined 3xLOGIC as a Field Engineer-Product Trainer, deploying and troubleshooting security products, before transitioning to a Sales Engineer role, providing technical expertise for application deployment and product demonstrations. Currently, they are employed at Tripleplay by Uniguest, starting as a Senior Technical Services Engineer and progressing to Regional Sales Manager SE. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales.
Michael Baez obtained their Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2001 to 2006.
