Nuno Horta

Nuno Horta has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nuno is currently the Head of Signage at Uniguest, where they lead two teams in developing signage solutions and manages their daily activities. Nuno is also responsible for maintaining a productive working environment, managing technical debt, ensuring code quality, conducting appraisals, and recruiting. Prior to this role, Nuno worked at Tripleplay by Uniguest as the Head of Signage, where they had similar responsibilities. Nuno also served as a Senior Mobile Developer, planning and developing various mobile apps using Xamarin and MvvmCross, as well as native applications. Before joining Uniguest, Nuno worked at Sonigate Leiritrónica as a Web Content Management role. Nuno'searly experience in the field began during their time as a Computer Science student at Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, where they focused on web development, mobile development, and network management. Throughout their studies, Nuno actively participated in organizing seminars, workshops, and other related activities.

Nuno Horta completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic of Leiria between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana - Faculty of Computer and Information Science from 2011 to 2012. In November 2017, they obtained a certification in Xamarin as a Certified Mobile Developer from Xamarin.
