Steve Croker has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as EVP, Global Supply Chain and Chief Operating Officer at Uniguest since September 2008. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Managing Director at BikeX Limited from July 2008 to January 2012, managing a motorcycle accessory dealership. Steve's earlier roles include Warehouse & Distribution Manager at Stryker, Senior Operations Engineer/Manager at Mars Electronics International, and Line Support Engineer at Mars Electronics International, where responsibilities included new product introduction and technical training. Additionally, Steve began a career as a Test Engineer at Racal Dana Instruments, focusing on product testing and repair. Throughout the career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in lean principles and operational efficiency.
