Immanuel Adi Pakaryanto

Immanuel Adi Pakaryanto has a strong background in human capital and strategic management. Immanuel started their career with PT. Daya Adicipta Mustika in 2005, where they served as the General Support Division Head until 2012. In this role, they managed the Learning and Growth perspective of the organization, overseeing HR and General Affairs, Management Development, and IT.

In 2012, Immanuel joined Triputra Group as the Human Capital Deputy Head and Corporate Strategy Management Head. Immanuel held this position until 2015. In 2016, they were promoted to Head of Corporate Human Capital, Corporate Planning, and Strategic Management, where they played a pivotal role in orchestrating people, values, and strategic perspective throughout the company. Immanuel then became the Chief Corporate Human Capital and Strategic Management, a position that they continue to hold.

Immanuel Adi Pakaryanto pursued their bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 1988 to 1995.
