Lou Adler has a diverse work experience in the art and design field. They started their career in 2009 with an internship at Discombobulated, LLC, where they worked as a 3D Modeler and Texture Artist. During this time, they focused on creating clothing and apparel for characters sold on DAZ3D's website.
After their internship, Adler joined Adventure Games as a 2D Concept Artist and Graphic Designer from June to November 2009. In this role, they contributed to the development of visual concepts for the games.

Since 2011, Adler has been employed by Tripwire Interactive, initially as a Graphic Designer and Concept Artist from March 2011 to May 2022, and currently as an External Art Coordinator starting in April 2022. In their roles at the company, they have been involved in creating graphics, developing concepts, and coordinating external art projects.
