Seher Basak

Seher Basak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Seher is currently working as a Publishing Associate Producer at Tripwire Interactive LLC, where they collaborate with external development partners, develops schedules, manages projects, and maintains budgets.

Prior to this, Seher worked at MahiGaming as a Localization & Marketing manager for HTML5 slot games. Seher'sresponsibilities included managing translations, implementing testing of translations, and tracking deliverables.

Seher also served as an Ad Quality Rater at ZeroChaos, where they analyzed Google Ads for errors, accuracy, and relevance. Seher provided corrections, assigned quality ratings, and offered feedback to clients.

Seher gained experience as a Producer at Hey Qween TV, where they planned and scheduled production, coordinated talent pre-screening, and oversaw editing. Seher also worked as a Producer - Live Ops at Pure FPS, managing planning and scheduling for a survival MMOFPS game.

Seher has also worked as an Associate Producer at Snail Games USA, where they ensured adherence to software development lifecycle processes, implemented workflows, and led cross-functional teams. At RiLL Films, they served as a Producer for a feature documentary and coordinated interviews and filming trips.

Additionally, Seher worked as an Adjunct Faculty Evaluator at Western Governors University, where they reviewed and graded student coursework and provided feedback. Seher also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert in course assessment development.

At Telltale Games, Seher held multiple roles, including Localization Coordinator/Assistant Producer and Senior Tester. In these positions, they managed region-specific and porting projects, optimized workflows, fostered teamwork, and assured quality on all products.

Seher's early work experience includes a Producer role at Grey Sand Entertainment, where they collaborated with the Writer/Director to create a high-quality film within tight budgets and schedules. Seher also created a website for the movie during their tenure.

Seher Basak has a Master of Business Administration degree with an IT Management Emphasis from Western Governors University, completed from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in History from UC Santa Barbara, completed from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Seher Basak has obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received certifications in "Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies" and "Six Sigma Foundations" from LinkedIn. In March 2020, they obtained a certification for "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)" from LinkedIn. In November 2019, they acquired a certification for "Atlassian JIRA: Installing and Administering" from LinkedIn, and in October 2019, they obtained a certification for "Business Analysis Foundations" from LinkedIn. Finally, in January 2014, they earned a certification for "PSM I" from Scrum.org.
