Tony Gilliard

Tony Gilliard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as President and Principal Consultant at Executive Focus since February 2006, Tony specializes in diversity and inclusion training, employee engagement, executive coaching, and career counseling, among other areas. As Managing Director for Diversity and Career Transition Practices at Tri-Search since January 2020, Tony leads initiatives in talent acquisition and HR solutions. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Human Resources at Mattel Inc., Director of Global Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company, and various senior human resources positions at Dell, NBC, and the Pepsi Bottling Group. Tony holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Texas.
