Srinivas Iyer

Srinivas Iyer joined Tristar in 2021 as the Regional CEO for the East Africa Region. He has over 24 years’ experience in the Downstream Oil Industry working for British Petroleum and Oman Oil Marketing Company, and over 30 years of sales management experience. A very strong and consistent performer across the Automotive and Industrial Lubricants Industry, Retail Fuel Cards and Credit Control Departments, Srinivas is also good at building teams and partnerships with strong business awareness and acumen, sound industry and competitor intelligence knowledge, ability to infuse vision and passion not just in direct but indirect teams, and strong at Distributor and Channel Management along with inter-functional management expertise. He has a successful track record of handling teams, turnover and budgets. Srinivas has a MSc in Chemistry and Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with Major in Marketing from BITS, Pilani.
