Andrea Goertz, B.Comm (Honours), MBA, ICD.D, serves on the Board of Directors for TriSummit and The Calgary Airport Authority, as well as the Board of Trustees for Boardwalk, with a tenure beginning in May 2019. With extensive experience at TELUS from May 1989 to May 2018 as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, Andrea provided strategic leadership across diverse areas including media relations, sustainability, and government relations, significantly enhancing the company's brand and shareholder value. Previous board roles include Theatre Calgary and Alberta Ballet, with advisory contributions to the Haskayne School of Business. Education includes advanced executive programs from institutions like Harvard University and INSEAD, as well as formal degrees in business from the University of Alberta and University of Toronto.
