Andrew Hayes

Andrew Hayes, CA, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Audit and Governance at TriSummit Utilities, a position held since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading internal audits and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Internal Audit Manager at Atlas Corp. and Seaspan Corp. from June 2021 to March 2023, and served as the Director of Internal Audit and ERM at Enerflex Ltd. from September 2011 to December 2020. Additional experience includes a directorial role in internal audit at NEOVIA Financial PLC, risk management and internal audit at Teekay Shipping, and corporate accounting management at Tolko Industries. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
