Bjorn Hobart

Bjorn Hobart is currently a Partner, Property at Tritax Group. Prior to this, they were with SG Commercial from February 2007 to August 2011, where they were an Associate Partner (Investment Agency). Before that, they were a Senior Surveyor (South East Office Agency) from October 2005 to February 2007. Bjorn started their career as a Graduate Trainee from October 2003 to October 2005.

Bjorn's key experience includes acquisition and disposal of business space investments on a national basis, negotiating transactions for both Purchasers and Sellers, marketing commercial property investments, pitching for investment sale instructions, financial investment analysis for investment and development opportunities, and regular appraising and reporting on investment opportunities to UK Funds.

Bjorn Hobart has a degree in Geography from the University of Leeds and a Master of Arts in Property Valuation and Law from City of London University. Bjorn is also a member of the RICS.
