Minu Kidia

Minu Kidia has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies and positions. Currently, Kidia serves as the Director - Commercial and Reporting Finance at Tritax Group since July 2022. Prior to this, Kidia worked as a Financial Controller at Tritax Group from January 2022 to June 2022.

Before joining Tritax Group, Kidia held various roles at different organizations. From 2014 to 2021, Kidia worked at intu, a property management company, where the roles included Head of Internal Reporting and Commercial Controller. Kidia's responsibilities at intu involved overseeing quarterly management and board reporting and presenting key outputs to senior executives.

From 2013 to 2014, Kidia served as a Group Finance Manager at MAPELEY ESTATES LIMITED, a property outsourcing group. Kidia was responsible for managing outsourcing contracts and played a crucial role in financial operations. Prior to this, Kidia held positions such as Group Management Accountant and Financial Accountant at the same company.

In 2006, Kidia worked as an Assistant Group Accountant at Next 15, an AIM listed group of PR agencies. Kidia provided group management and financial reporting support.

Kidia began their career at Deloitte in 2001, working as an Audit Manager until 2006.

Overall, Kidia has gained extensive experience in finance, accounting, and reporting throughout their career, working with prominent organizations across various industries.

Minu Kidia completed their education with a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Rhodes University, attending from 1996 to 2000. Minu also obtained a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe for a brief period in 2004.
