Ollie Newman

Ollie Newman is an experienced Deputy Fund Manager currently on secondment with Tritax Group, actively engaged in strategic capital and energy transition projects since May 2022. In a parallel role at abrdn, Ollie has contributed to a balanced UK real estate fund since September 2017, reporting on complex high-profile opportunities. Previously, as a Portfolio Manager, Ollie managed several mandates including a UK listed REIT and a segregated local authority pension fund. Early career experience includes an EMEA Real Estate Analyst position at Cushman & Wakefield and an internship at Standard Life Investments. Ollie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate with Finance & Investment from the University of Reading and has a background in economics, maths, geography, physics, and general studies from Colchester Royal Grammar School.
