Dorene Jordan

Dorene Jordan has extensive work experience in various roles within the software and emergency response industries. Dorene began their career as a Dispatch Supervisor at Coles County E911 in 1995. In 2000, they joined VisionAIR as a Training Resource, where they provided setup and application training for public safety applications. In 2004, they joined Tiburon and held multiple roles including Resource Team Lead, Training Manager, Solutions Director, and Operations Director. In these roles, they were responsible for supervising teams, managing solution delivery, coordinating training, and serving as a liaison between different departments. In 2015, they transitioned to TriTech Software Systems as an Operations Director and eventually became the Director of Implementation Services in 2016.
