Beata Gawarecka-Green

Beata is Chief Operating Officer at Triton. Before taking on the COO role she was Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Triton in 2011, Beata was the Head of Business Operations at Allianz Capital Partners in London, where her role included Human Resources, Operations and Compliance. Earlier in her career, Beata worked with executive search, management assessment and talent development at Korn/Ferry International and Accenture. Beata has a MSc in Psychology from the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities and a Diploma in Investment Compliance.
