Chelsea Hogan

Chelsea Hogan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Chelsea is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Triton International. Prior to this, they worked at Brunswick Group, where they held various roles including Global Head of Human Resources, Vice President and Head of People, Americas, and Head of Human Resources, Americas. Before joining Brunswick Group, Chelsea worked at HEINEKEN Americas as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas Region, and at Heineken USA as the Director of Corporate Human Resources. Chelsea also served as a Regional and Corporate Sales Human Resources Business Partner and a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner at Heineken USA. Chelsea began their career at Heineken USA Inc. as an HR Associate, with responsibilities in the Generalist, Training Development, and Recruitment divisions. Chelsea started their professional journey as a Staffing Coordinator at Heineken USA, Inc. in 2007.

Chelsea Hogan attended Iona University from 2003 to 2007 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a Magna cum Laude distinction, in Psychology.
