Cindy Navarro

Cindy Navarro is an IT Analyst at NavarroTech since December 2017, where responsibilities include diagnosing computer issues, monitoring systems, and providing software assistance to clients. Concurrently, Cindy serves as an Ambassador for the Triumph Foundation, offering resources and support to individuals living with paralysis. Previous experience includes roles such as a PC Technician/Desktop Support for Robert Half Technology and Helpdesk Support for Randstad Technologies, where technical troubleshooting and customer support were key responsibilities. Starting in retail, Cindy also held positions at Best Buy, the Diocese of San Bernardino, Sears, and Target, developing strong customer service and technical skills. Cindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Network Management from Westwood College, earned in 2014.
