Maria Ayala

Maria Ayala currently serves as a Clinical School Social Worker at Prosser School District #116 and is a Lead Mental Health Counselor at Triumph Treatment Services. With a strong background in mental health, Maria has also facilitated youth and parent mental wellness groups, served as a Strengthening Families Facilitator for Sunnyside United-Unidos, and worked as an interpreter for Sunnyside School District. Previous roles include School-Based Mental Health Therapist Lead and Mental Health Therapist at UFC, along with significant case management experience at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic and Yakima Neighborhood Health Services. Maria holds a Master's degree in Social Work and is pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health/School Counseling, complemented by advanced clinical training in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from the University of Washington.
