Tom Marcussen is a seasoned operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Currently serving as Distribution Center Manager at Trivantage since August 2021, Tom previously held key roles at Hayward Industries, Inc., including Operations Strategic Project Manager and Production Manager, where notable achievements include leading successful plant consolidation projects and improving production efficiency through Lean methodologies. Tom's earlier experience includes Director of Operations at Tridien Medical, where oversight of a new manufacturing facility led to significant operational successes, and Plant Manager at Serta, marked by exceeding profit goals through innovative process improvements.
