Hugo Rizzo

Hugo Rizzo has a diverse range of work experience. Hugo is currently working as the CFO at Triven since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Guidara Meat & Co. from October 2020 to September 2021.

Hugo has also had extensive experience as the Founder & CEO of STERAH, a specialized consulting company focused on restructuring small and medium-sized businesses. Hugo held this position from October 2012 to September 2021.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Hugo worked at ARTIMAGE Indústria e Comércio Eireli as the Director of Finance from October 2014 to September 2020. Hugo was responsible for various departments including finance, HR, sourcing, accounting, and business intelligence.

Hugo's earlier experience includes roles at HSBC, where they worked as a Team Leader in Global Banking, Business Manager in Global Banking, and Senior Relationship Manager. Hugo handled multinational relationships with clients such as Casino (GPA), Nestlé, Heineken, and Walmart. Hugo also had a focus on the automotive and auto parts industry, serving clients such as GM, Ford, Yamaha, VW, Daimler, PSA, Delphi, and Visteon.

Prior to their career in banking, Hugo worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Motorola do Brasil Ltda. from March 1997 to September 2000.

Hugo Rizzo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA CEAG) in Business & Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they pursued from 1998 to 2000. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1993 to 1997. Before entering college, Hugo attended Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia for a short period of time in 1992 for engineering studies. Hugo completed their primary and secondary education at Magno and Colégio Santo Américo em São Paulo respectively, from 1988 to 1991 and from 1981 to 1988.
