Michal has 25 years of executive management experience in medtech and digital health startups in Israel and the US at companies such as GI View, TriReme and Bypass and others.

Michal’s accumulated track record of exits includes: 6over6 (acquired by 1-800 Contacts), Orthospace (acquired by Stryker), MST (acquired by Transenterix), Apica (acquired by Thoratec).

Over ten years ago, Michal identified that it is not sufficient for a startup to have only a strong, innovative core technology, but in order to realize success in leading markets, it is crucial to have a deep understanding of commercial integration into healthcare systems. With this principle in mind, she co- founded Triventures and became the first woman to found and manage a venture capital fund in Israel.

Michal manages the fund, is involved in all major decisions, leads investments and serves as an active board member in the majority of the portfolio companies.

Michal currently participates on the boards of: Bioprotect, Burnalong, Cathworks, EyeYon, EarlySense, GlassesUSA, Medisafe, Monogoto, and Vi.
