Christian Girardon has extensive work experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. Christian is currently working as the Director of Procurement & Logistics at Trivium Packaging, where they are responsible for managing a billion-dollar spend across metal and logistics categories. Christian also leads a team of 20 in the central Logistics group and supports Trivium's transformation efforts. Additionally, they serve as the President of Trivium Aluminium Packaging and Trivium Packaging West France. Before joining Trivium, Christian worked at Crown Holdings, Inc., where they held various roles including Logistics & Planning Director Europe and Purchasing Director. In these roles, they managed strategic raw material spend, modernized sourcing practices, and aligned sourcing strategies with corporate and business unit requirements. Prior to Crown Holdings, they worked at Solvay as a Sales Manager for Engineering Plastics.
Christian Girardon completed their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in the years 1990 to 1993. Later, they pursued an MBA degree from emlyon business school in 2002-2003. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including "Creating a Culture of Change," "Six Sigma: Black Belt," "Inclusive Leadership," and "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in the year 2018.
