Claudia Perez

Claudia Perez is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in healthcare services. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since February 2016, Claudia supervises and develops the Patient Service Representative team while overseeing daily operations in the Customer Service Contact Center. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at Centene Corporation - NurseWise from July 2002 to October 2014 as a Supervisor of Call Center Operations, where leadership was provided to both clinical and non-clinical staff to meet productivity and quality metrics. Claudia holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Health Care from Park University, earned between 2012 and 2018.
