Paul Mackmer serves as the Director of Tax at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since June 2008, where responsibilities include advising senior management on tax strategies, overseeing insurance and 401(k) programs, managing daily cash requirements, and undertaking special projects for the CFO. Previously, Paul held the position of Tax Manager, where management experience encompassed tax compliance, budgeting, and leading audits for a multi-billion dollar company with extensive operations. Earlier career roles include Experienced Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Staff Accountant at Thaney & Associates, CPAs, P.C. Paul holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and additional degrees in Sports Management and Psychology. Paul is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
