Elise Spaulding

Elise Spaulding, CSP, has a diversified work experience in various roles and industries. Elise started their career as a Microbiologist and Quality Assurance Lab Technician at Nestlé Waters North America. After that, they worked as an Assistant to the Dean of Academic Assessment at the National University of Health Sciences. Elise then joined TempWise, Inc., an affiliate of The Reserves Network, as a Staffing Supervisor. Elise later transitioned to The Reserves Network itself, where they held multiple positions including Field Training Specialist, Training Specialist, and Learning and Performance Leader - Training. Elise'smost recent role at The Reserves Network was as the Director of Learning and Performance, where they created and facilitated company-wide learning initiatives to enhance the knowledge of over 200 internal employees. Elise has a proven track record of collaborating with senior executives and utilizing technology to drive effective staff development.

Elise Spaulding, CSP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Tampa. Elise is also a Certified Staffing Professional, having obtained the certification from the American Staffing Association.
