Jonathan Coulter

Jonathan Coulter serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Troi, starting in January 2017, where the focus is on partnering with clients to drive growth through talent. Jonathan has held multiple roles as Talent Account Director at BT Group and previously at Epic Games, Miro, and Zapp, all in 2021 to 2023. Prior experience includes Talent Adviser at Holland & Barrett from 2019 to 2022, and Headhunter for the Media & Tech sectors at Talentarc from 2012 to 2016. Jonathan's earlier career features positions as Senior Consultant at Robert Walters, Director of Commerce & Industry at Eximius Group, and Consultant at Robert Walters. Educational qualifications include a Master's in International Business Management from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's in Genetics from the University of Glasgow.
