Lisa Holland

Lisa Holland is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a diverse background in consulting and management. Currently serving as the Controller at Trojan Energy Systems, Inc. since January 2018, Lisa also owns Holland Consulting Services, Inc., which specializes in the implementation and restructuring of policies, procedures, and systems related to accounting, HR, and administration. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at UHY Advisors from April 2006 to January 2013, and Owner of The Master Plan Group, a consulting practice similar to Holland Consulting Services, from 2001 to 2006. Earlier experience includes serving as AGM/Director of Finance and F&B at Pier Sixty & The Lighthouse (1998-2001) and Controller at Petrossian (1991-1998). Lisa holds a degree from the University at Albany.
