James Huang

James Huang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James began their career as a Branch Manager at Dr & Herbs Ltd in 2003, where they worked until 2009. James then transitioned to the role of General Store Manager at Loon Fung Ltd, managing staff and overseeing departments until 2012.

From 2012 to 2017, James worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at First Point Group, specializing in recruitment in the EMEA region. James then joined Capital International Staffing in 2018 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on connecting high-quality candidates in the telecommunications industry.

In the same year, James also worked at Huawei Technologies as an Executive Recruiter and Global Talent Acquisition Partner. This role involved collaborating with telecom operators globally and promoting Huawei's products and services.

From 2021 to 2022, James worked at Huobi as the EU HR & Talent Acquisition EMEA, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and overseeing the recruitment process and compensation structure. James then became the Director of Huobi Europe, overseeing daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures.

Most recently, James joined TRON DAO in 2023 as the HR & Talent Acquisition, responsible for talent acquisition and ensuring the team's alignment with the organization's goals. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated strong recruitment skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage and coordinate staff.

James Huang completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bradford College from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Durham University from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, James obtained certifications as a Certified Blockchain Expert from the Blockchain Council in April 2022 and as a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate holder in Human Resource Management from CIPD in July 2018.
