Melinda Meinhardt

Melinda Meinhardt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melinda started their career with Arthur Andersen & Co in 1989 as a Senior Systems Software Programmer, where they monitored data performance and resolved production process issues. In 1994, they joined Cellular Direct, Inc as the VP of Business Operations, managing all business and accounting operations. From 1998 to 1999, Melinda worked as a Systems Support Specialist at Navisys. Melinda then became the IT Manager at Nykiel, Carlin & Co from 1999 to 2006, supporting all IT needs for multiple offices and integrating software applications into a paperless system. Melinda joined Clifton Gunderson LLP in 2006 as the Manager of End User Support before moving to Follett Software Corporation in 2008 as a Technical Analyst II. Melinda then worked at eSight Energy Inc from 2009 to 2013, holding various roles including Product Support Analyst, Product Support Manager, and Project Implementation Manager. In 2014, they joined Zoro US as a QA Analyst until 2016. Melinda is currently working at Trondent Development Corp as the Implementation & Support Manager.

Melinda Meinhardt obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Master Certificate in Automated Software Testing from Villanova University in April 2016, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University in April 2016, and a CSM certification from Scrum Alliance in 2015.
