D. John Srivisal

D. John Srivisal has extensive work experience in finance, business development, and executive leadership positions. D. John is currently employed at Tronox as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Finance from May 2020 to March 2023, the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Chief Integration Officer from May 2019 to May 2020, and the Senior Vice President of Business Development from March 2018 to May 2019.

Before joining Tronox, Srivisal worked at The Quinn Group LLC and Quinpario Partners LLC as a Partner from July 2012 to March 2018. D. John also held leadership positions at Quinpario Acquisition Corp (formerly Nasdaq: QPAC) as the President and Chief Executive Officer from September 2014 to July 2017, and as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 2013 to June 2014.

In addition, Srivisal worked at Solutia Inc. as the Vice President of Transaction Execution from January 2009 to July 2012, where they were responsible for global merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture transactions. D. John also served as the Director of Planning & Coordination from June 2004 to January 2009.

Srivisal began their career at Rothschild as an Associate in Restructuring from July 2001 to May 2004, and at Peter J. Solomon Company as an Analyst in M&A from July 1999 to June 2001.

D. John Srivisal completed their BSc degree in Finance and Mathematics at The Wharton School from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended John Burroughs School from 1992 to 1996 and St. Louis Country Day School from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, D. John Srivisal holds a certification as a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
