Wijnand Voss

Wijnand Voss has extensive experience in the industrial sector, currently serving as Assistant Shift Leader at Tronox since October 2003, where responsibilities include direct supervision of ten process operators and ensuring operational continuity. Voss has also held the role of Turnaround Team Lead, coordinating the 2019 turnaround project, overseeing budget management and collaboration among various teams. Additionally, Voss has performed as Stop Coordinator for production, focusing on preparing for annual shutdowns by analyzing risks and organizing project-related tasks. Since December 2016, Voss has also operated as a Senior Process Operator at Tronox Pigments BV with similar Stop Coordinator responsibilities. On a community level, Voss is the Chairman of Stichting MTB Oostvoorne, overseeing the maintenance and organization of a mountain bike course. Voss holds an MBO level 4 degree in General Operational Technique and a photography diploma.
