Phillip Marks

Phillip Marks has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Trophy Signature Homes since September 2019. Prior to this role, Phillip was a Community Construction Manager at K. Hovnanian Enterprise from May 2015 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Phillip worked as a locksmith at Frisco ISD from January 2009 to January 2014 and held the position of Construction Manager at Oakley Custom Homes from June 2006 to February 2009.
