Customer Success Manager at Tropic

Lauren Smalley has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Tropic starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ClickUp as a Customer Success Engineer and Coach from December 2021 to May 2022. In these roles, they served as a trusted advisor, ensured efficient use of the platform, and assisted with implementation and onboarding.

Before their roles at ClickUp, Lauren was a Customer Success and Web Development Intern at ReFocus from December 2020 to October 2021. Lauren also completed a Full Stack Development program at Le Wagon in 2020.

Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Field Sales Representative at Lifeway Foods, Inc. from September 2016 to July 2020. Lauren demonstrated product knowledge and converted leads into customers. Lauren also worked as a Hostess at Eureka! Restaurant Group from July 2019 to June 2020, where they focused on building customer relationships.

Additionally, Lauren has experience as a Behavioral Therapist at Gateway Learning Group from September 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they helped clients with behavioral and daily living challenges, developed communication and motor skills, and used data to improve behavior plans. Lauren also worked as a Receptionist at H&R Block from January 2017 to April 2018, managing schedules and providing customer service.

Finally, Lauren worked as a Server at BETTINA'S CUSTOM CATERING INC from September 2015 to November 2017. Throughout their various roles, Lauren has gained skills in customer service, technical implementation, web development, and behavioral therapy.

Lauren Smalley completed their Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they attended Le Wagon, where they completed a Full Stack Coding Bootcamp with a focus on Web Development. Alongside their degree, Lauren also pursued a minor in Interdisciplinary Sciences at San Diego State University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Serra High School from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Lauren obtained a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician in January 2018.
