Pradeep Noelraj

Pradeep Noelraj has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving in Tropical Agrosystem (India) Pvt. Ltd. since March 2021, focusing on recruitment, HR operations, talent management, and organizational communications. Prior experience includes a tenure at UAE Exchange from June 2011 to February 2021, where Pradeep held the position of Associate Manager – Human Resources, managing the hiring process for corporate and back office roles, handling employee services, and overseeing employee relations. Earlier roles also included Senior Officer, responsible for onboarding and supporting over 1000 employees. Pradeep holds a Master of Social Work specializing in Human Resources Management from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Commerce from Madras Christian College.
