Geoffrey Bergman is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager currently overseeing the CI Operational Excellence Program at Tropicana Brands Group, where notable achievements include reversing a five-year decline in performance and leading the implementation of new software solutions. Prior experience at Owens Corning includes roles as Regional TPM & Productivity Leader and Technical Quality Manager, where Geoffrey developed and implemented key quality and productivity initiatives, earning recognition for excellence in data integrity and problem-solving. With a solid background in process engineering and reliability, as demonstrated through positions in both academic research and manufacturing leadership, Geoffrey holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Hastings College.
