Mike Hill

Mike Hill is an experienced operations and project management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the food and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Operations Director at Tropicana Brands Group since February 2014, Mike supports the Citrus and Site Services Teams at the Bradenton Site. Previously, Mike held roles including Site Services Senior Manager, overseeing a large site with significant sales volume, and Project Engineer, managing multi-million dollar projects in various engineering domains. Early career experiences include positions at Mars Petcare, Masterfoods USA, M&M/Mars, and Chattem Chemicals, where Mike developed expertise in chemical engineering and operational management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
