Elizabeth Fugate

Elizabeth Fugate is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Trout Unlimited since July 2022, Elizabeth previously held similar roles at Jenny Craig, where support was provided to over 500 employees across 13 states and Canada. With expertise in advising upper management on performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives, Elizabeth has also worked as a People & Culture Partner at Vitality Senior Living during its start-up phase, and served as an HR Business Partner at West Development. Elizabeth's career began with significant roles at Oceanside Auto Group and Windward Life Care, where comprehensive HR functions were established for small teams. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Professional Certificate in HR Management from San Diego State University, along with additional training from Syracuse University.
