Keith Barnett is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and business litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Troutman Pepper since July 2020, Keith has a strong focus on representing companies in interactions with federal, state, and industry regulators, particularly regarding the CFPB, FDIC, and SEC. Previously, Keith was a Partner at Troutman Sanders LLP and Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, where responsibilities included advising on compliance, regulatory matters, and complex business litigation. Keith began legal career as an attorney specializing in complex business litigation at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA. Additionally, Keith is a member of Leadership Atlanta, Class of 2018.
