Jen Dardis

Jen Dardis is the chief financial officer and treasurer of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Her responsibilities include global oversight for the Controller’s Group, Global Tax, Procurement, Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Investor Relations.

Jen was most recently the head of Finance, having joined T. Rowe Price in 2006 in a strategy role and becoming head of Corporate Strategy in 2016. Previously, Jen held positions at Constellation Energy in Investor Relations, Energy Merchant in finance and business development, and SG Cowen in mergers and acquisitions.

Jen earned a B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Jen currently serves as Chair of the Board of The Maryland Food Bank and on the Board of Trustees of Gilman School.
