Previously, as Managing Director and Head of Client Service at CAIS, Joel Pare successfully grew the Client Services team and implemented key processes and Salesforce Service Cloud for improved client experience. At Citi, Joel Pare held various senior roles, including Head of Private Equity & Real Estate Product Management, where oversight of a $10B+ platform involved enhancing products, managing investor relations, and increasing operational efficiencies. Joel Pare holds an MBA with honors from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA with honors in Economics from Rutgers University.
