Vicki Booth

Vicki Booth (Horwitz) is currently serving as Vice President and Managing Counsel at T. Rowe Price since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team that handles SEC registered fund matters and focusing on the Investment Company Act of 1940. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel and Vice President and Legal Counsel at Atlantic Fund Services, where Vicki supported multiple fund complexes and served as Secretary for the funds. Vicki's legal career commenced with a position as Senior Associate at State Street, assisting with various products under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Educational qualifications consist of a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Mathematics from Georgia State University.
