Dennis Wever

Dennis Wever has extensive work experience in the financial and technology industry. Dennis is currently serving as the Managing Director at Troy, a FinTech company specializing in customer-friendly digital debt collection. Dennis joined the company in 2020 and also held the position of CTO. Before joining Troy, Dennis worked as the Director of Product Development at Troy from 2020-2021.

Prior to their role at Troy, Dennis worked at Intrum as a Business Line Manager from 2018-2019. Dennis also served as a Senior Manager of Operations at Vesting Finance from 2013-2018.

In earlier years, Dennis gained valuable experience at KPN, where they held several managerial positions. Dennis worked as a Credit Manager from 2011-2013 and as an Operations Manager from 2008-2011. Additionally, Dennis served as a Team Manager from 2005-2008, a Customer Relations Employee from 2004-2005, and a Sales Representative from 2001-2003.

Throughout their career, Dennis has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Dennis Wever has a diverse education history. In 2000, they attended Noorderpoort and studied System and Network Engineering. Dennis then went on to Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2004 to 2006, specializing in marketing management as part of the Marketing / Commerciële economie (CE) program. In 2006, they returned to KPN for a Management Development Program. In 2008, they attended COPC for a High Performance Management Techniques (HPMT) course. Continuing their professional development, Dennis attended Krauthammer international in 2009 for a course in World Class Leadership. From 2010 to 2013, they participated in the High Potential Management Development Program at KPN. Dennis completed additional certifications in 2015, including PRINCE2 Foundation from Est09, and the WFT Basis and WFT Consumptief Krediet from Lindenhaeghe.
