Ezgi Toper

Ezgi Toper is a Digital News Producer at TRT World since August 2020, where responsibilities include reporting on global news stories, writing original articles, monitoring news alerts, and leading a team of producers. Prior to this role, Ezgi worked as a Digital Production Assistant at GBH, contributing to the on-set production of original series and creating engaging digital content for social media. As a Production Assistant at WGBH, assistance was provided for another award-winning series, where pre-production files were maintained and promotional materials were produced. Earlier experience includes an internship at WORLD Channel, where assistance in production and social media content creation was key, and serving as a State House News Correspondent for MetroWest Daily News, with published articles in multiple outlets. Ezgi holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University.
