Keith Elliott

Keith Elliott has over 28 years of experience in the food and confectionery industry. Keith began their career in 1991 as Sales Manager for Dynamic Chocolates ULC. In the following years, they were promoted to Vice President Sales and Marketing, Vice President and General Manager, and eventually President. In 2015, they joined Chewter's Chocolates as Vice President of Sales and Business Development, where they were responsible for overseeing the retail brands CHOCXO(BEAN TO BAR), HOUSE OF BRUSSELS, BOTTICELLI, COCOA THERAPY, and CANADIAN TREASURES, as well as contract and PL manufacturing, foodservice and hospitality, and fund raising. In 2017, they became Vice President of Strategic Sales at Tru Fru LLC.

Keith Elliott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria, which they completed in 1986. Keith has also taken the Canadian Securities Course in Investments and Securities, which they are still pursuing.
