Yuliia Petrushenko

Yuliia Petrushenko is a software engineer with experience in software architecture, senior software engineering, engineering team lead, and software development. Yuliia began their career in 2012 as a Java Developer at Akvelon, where they participated in the redesigning and rewriting code base of the system from MySql Procedural Language to Java. Yuliia also developed and tested a web client for a handheld device for internal access to the system. In 2013, they joined Nexmo, the Vonage API Platform, as a Junior Software Developer. During their time there, they designed and developed an internal automated system for managing cost updates received via email. The system performed data extraction, transformation and validation with the following upload to the internal system. In 2020, they moved to Vonage as a Senior Software Engineer, and then in 2021 they joined Rakuten Mobile, Inc. as a Software Architect. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at tru.ID.

Yuliia Petrushenko holds a Master's degree in Informatics from Kharkiv National Univercity of Radioelectronics, which they obtained between 2007 and 2012. Yuliia also holds certifications from ExecOnline, Inc. ("ExecOnline: Launch into Leadership") obtained in May 2019, Amazon Web Services (AWS) ("AWS Certified Developer – Associate") obtained in March 2021, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) ("AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate") obtained in January 2020.
