Pankaj Sarin

Pankaj Sarin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business outsourcing and consulting. Currently serving as the Founding Partner and COO at Tru Performance Inc since December 2018, Pankaj focuses on providing a blend of human and technology solutions for SMEs. As a Senior Advisory Consultant at Vaco since August 2022, Pankaj leverages expertise in outsourcing. Previous roles include Vice President at Total Solutions Group, Head of Business Development and Transition at Vodafone India, and Assistant Vice President positions at both Ventura India and EXL Service. Pankaj began their career in technical support and training roles after obtaining a B.Com (Honours) degree from Delhi University.
