Scott Westbrook

Scott Westbrook is an experienced professional serving as a City Councilman for the City of Tyro since January 2022. Previously, Scott held the position of Mayor for the City of Tyro from January 2018 to January 2020. Currently, Scott is also the Capture and Proposals Manager at TRU Simulation + Training, where responsibilities include leading the capture process for high-value Flight Simulation Training Devices and managing proposal development from RFP receipt to customer delivery. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Simulation Training Specialist at Bell Helicopter from February 2005 to September 2014. Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Friends University, earned between 2000 and 2002.
