Tom Beers is a seasoned professional in project and software engineering with extensive experience in the simulation industry. Currently serving as Manager of Project & Software Engineering at TRU Simulation since March 2023, Tom has previously held roles such as Simulation Project Manager at Neo Cybernetica and Sr. Software Engineering Manager at TRU Simulation + Training. Tom's career began at OPINICUS Corporation, where responsibilities included Project Engineer Manager and Software Engineer. Tom holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in 2007.
